Coaching

  • Coaching is a ”dialogue tool” used to help you find solutions without giving you any answers.
  • You will be given time to reflect upon discussed issues, and with me supporting your thoughts and processes you will hopefully come up with your own answers and solutions.
  • During our dialogue my objective is to be supportive and attentive to your thoughts and decisions. You are the one who decides the direction of our conversation.
  • I pose questions to give you new angles and help you set targets in the process you are working on:
    • Setting new targets for the direction in your life.
    • Finding a new structure in your daily life.
    • Find out how to handle an emotional question.
    • Come up with an answer to a task containing a lot of facts or emotions.
    • To find a solution to a task you have postponed for a long time; can be emotional or practical.
      Clean up your thoughts concerning an upcoming project.
    • Set goals for coming tasks.

A coaching session is never therapeutic.

In my opinion coaching never focuses the problem; coaching should always be solution oriented.
